Terms of Use
This Terms of Use Agreement is a legal agreement between you and The Bundle Boutique. By ordering hair, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions whether or not you have read or signed them. We may at any time modify these terms of use and will post a copy of the amended agreement. This agreement contains warranty and liability disclaimer. By using this site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement without any modifications, additions, or deletions. If you do not agree to the terms of use explained in this agreement you may be denied access to the site.

Privacy
The Bundle Boutique recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. We have instituted reasonable policies and security measures to protect the information you provide to us.
I. Online Usage When you register online with The Bundle Boutique or use our online store you give us your consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by The Bundle Boutique. The data that you choose to provide to us online and the data that we may collect is used by The Bundle Boutique as follows: to keep you informed of our special events or promotions, to register you with our website, to administer our website services, and/or to process any orders you may place online. Otherwise, we may use the information you provide to us only to review our performance and to improve our services to you, or to communicate with you about your order if you have placed an online order.

II. Order Verification We exercise the right to cancel any orders that may appear suspicious. To protect our customers from potential fraud, the billing and shipping address must be identical. In the event that the shipping address is different, state-issued identification will be required to release the order

Disclaimer
Due to the nature of raw virgin human hair, no two bundles will ever be identical because of the hair collection process. Hair is taken from multiple donors which can result in distinct characteristics. The photos provided are similar but not exact representations of the texture or color you may receive. The Bundle Boutique cannot guarantee identical bundles to that of the webpage photos, but will ensure you receive the correct textured bundles selected. Furthermore, our virgin hair only comes in natural shades of 1B (off black). We cannot guarantee, but will put the best foot forth, to ensure you receive similar colored bundles. We recommend consulting a professional stylist for coloring options.
The Bundle Boutique reserves the right to modify or make changes to prices, policies and promotions at any given time. It is advised to visit www.thebundleboutique.com for updated pricing.
Returns/Exchanges

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are granted, at no additional cost to the customer, if it’s determined that The Bundle Boutique is the party at fault. A $25 restocking fee will be accessed for any cancelled orders.
Important Federal Laws: Due to nature of our product and important federal laws and federal regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Seek a professional stylist if you’re unsure. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider an exchange. Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sales, make all guarantees null and void.
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, we will not accept any exchanges for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, cutting, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to you. Shipping
I. Shipping All orders ship via USPS Priority mail within 1-2 business days of validating the order and receiving payment. Proper validation requires that the customer's billing and shipping address match in order for items to be shipped unless the customer opts for in-store pickup. Tracking information is provided on all orders via email. The Bundle Boutique relinquishes all responsibility to the postal carrier upon shipping and will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Insurance can be added at an additional fee.

III. Pickup Orders can be picked up at any The Bundle Boutique location at no additional cost. The Bundle Boutique will notify the client when the order is ready for pick-up. A valid ID and the credit card used during purchase MUST be presented at the time of pick-up. Orders can be picked up within 3-5 business days of placing the order but no later than 21 business days. Same day pick-up is only valid if items are in stock. Any unclaimed pick-ups will be returned to stock and payment will be forfeited.
IV. Processing Times All stock orders ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. For special order or backordered items, allow an additional 4-5 business days on top of standard delivery times. The Bundle Boutique will notify the client of any delays with the order via email.

Booking
All beauty professionals are independent contractors at The Bundle Boutique. Booking terms and conditions are included on the booking site of the selected beauty professional. The Bundle Boutique relinquishes any liability for services performed by the beauty professional.
